Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Delivery Charges Please note that return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
